The Opportunity

The Client Account Manager - Food & Beverage will drive new business growth along with developing and maintaining client account plans. The role is pivotal in building strategic relationships, executing proposals, supporting client satisfaction, and expanding the client base in food, beverage and agribusiness markets. This role involves significant travel (60% or more) and follows a business traveler work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth through client engagement.
  • Develop and maintain client account plans.
  • Present and represent Black & Veatch solutions at events and trade shows.
  • Utilize Salesforce and the eCRM system for client management.
  • Collaborate with project teams and support client satisfaction surveys.

Preferred & Minimum Qualifications

Typically 10-15 years of EPC industry experience, with 5-10 years in sales or project execution, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree with a technical or business focus is preferred. Strong sales traits, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with Salesforce are required.
