We build superior application platforms globally with the mission of creating successful businesses while contributing positively to society by making it more efficient.
We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region.
We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI.

What You’ll Do as a Lead Brand Designer
- Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that clearly reflect BJAK’s visual identity.
- Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system, ensuring consistency across all marketing and product surfaces.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to execute cohesive brand experiences.
- Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, internal teams—and adapt the brand voice accordingly.
- Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring strong craft and consistency in all outputs.
- Deliver fast, thoughtful design work that supports both long-term brand growth and immediate business goals.
- Report directly to the Creative Manager, contributing creative and strategic input to overall brand direction.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or similar roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
- Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in performance marketing or fast-paced startup environments.
- Basic motion graphics, sound editing, or simple VFX skills.
- Experience working with design templates, systems, or brand libraries.
