The Role
We are seeking Backend Engineers to develop the core systems for BJAK's AI Finance Agent. This role is ideal for engineers skilled in building scalable, reliable APIs, workflows, and financial product infrastructure serving millions of users across various markets and partners.
What You'll Own
- Build backend services, APIs, and workflows for the AI Finance Agent.
- Support products including insurance, payments, wallet, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
- Design reliable systems for user accounts, transactions, partner integrations, reconciliation, notifications, and operations.
- Collaborate with product and mobile teams to rapidly ship customer-facing journeys.
- Integrate with banks, payment gateways, insurers, data providers, and other partners.
- Enhance system reliability, observability, security, and performance.
- Construct practical, auditable systems ready for regulated financial products.

- 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
