Job Description

FP&A Manager at Bizzabo

About Bizzabo:

Bizzabo’s Event Experience Operating System is a modern, intuitive platform used by the world’s leading organizations to deliver immersive experiences and events at scale. Named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ and Forrester Wave™ for event technology, Bizzabo is recognized by Newsweek as a 2024 Global Most Loved Workplace. Bizzabo was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv. We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven professional to join our Finance team in Israel.

The Role

Occupying a position of significant trust and autonomy, the FP&A Manager will serve as a high-impact professional within Bizzabo’s Finance HQ. We are looking for a proactive expert who can navigate a fast-paced environment with a "builder" and “hands-on” mentality - someone who is excited to professionalize our existing financial frameworks and elevate them to a world-class standard. In this role, you will be the primary owner of our financial modeling, with a specialized focus on SaaS GTM dynamics and commercial activities. Reporting directly to the VP Finance in Israel, you will act as a dependable cross-organizational bridge, translating complex data into the strategic narratives that drive our global growth. This is a role for an independent, highly responsible professional who takes pride in data integrity and seeks to leave their fingerprints on the company's financial maturity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive the end-to-end BvA lifecycle across monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals, taking direct ownership of variance analysis and delivering comprehensive, executive-level explanations for business performance. You will act as a proactive financial partner to budget owners, providing them with constant, real-time reflections on budget utilization to ensure total transparency and strategic alignment with our financial goals.
  • Providing analytical frameworks and strategic insights to identify risks and opportunities associated with the financial planning of the company's yearly budgeting.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and Investors, partnering closely with the Finance and Revenue & Business Operations teams with data-driven analysis and results.
  • Building and maintaining complex revenue forecast models and business plans.
  • Maintaining and implementing scalable revenue reporting infrastructure and financial modeling frameworks to drive data integrity, predictive forecasting, and long-term business scalability.
  • Own and optimize the SaaS metrics engine, iterating on existing frameworks for analysis of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) to deliver high-precision unit economics and performance analysis.
  • Drive the transition from manual to automated reporting by streamlining data extraction from ERP (NetSuite) and Salesforce; proactively explore and pilot AI-driven tools to enhance predictive forecasting and workflow efficiency.
  • Function as the primary hands-on financial anchor across the organization, collaborating directly with Revenue Operations and the Data team to synchronize GTM metrics while maintaining seamless operational synergy with Accounting, Procurement, and Go-To-Product.
  • Take full ownership of ad-hoc financial projects and ROI analyses, managing them from start to finish in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Who You Are

  • At least 2-3 years of similar experience from FP&A departments in SaaS companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Management from an acknowledged university; CPA - an advantage.
  • Deep expertise in the recognition, definition, and analysis of SaaS-specific KPIs (ARR, NRR, Churn, CAC, and LTV) to evaluate and drive business performance.
  • An analytical mind with exceptional data collection and interpretation skills, focused on identifying trends and creative problem-solving.
  • Strong hands-on approach, challenge seeker, and self-learning ability
  • Proven project management experience, presentation skills, and high-quality service
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM ERP, etc.) and databases; SalesForce & NetSuite - an advantage
