About the HR Administration Specialist Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist to provide crucial support to our Chief of Staff, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams across various HR and recruitment operations. This role is fundamental to ensuring our people processes are seamless, efficient, and aligned with Bizmoni's strategic objectives. You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee experience, while actively contributing to data accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence within our HR systems and workflows.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-driven, and solution-oriented, comfortable with ATS and CRM platforms, data management, and proactive workflow improvement in a dynamic startup setting.

What You'll Do

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Chief of Staff for HR and recruitment tasks.
  • Coordinate candidate scheduling and communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including document preparation and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate data in internal HR records, ATS, and CRM tools.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment status updates, HR reports, and leadership documentation.
  • Liaise with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors for seamless operations.
  • Help drive internal process improvements and support team-wide HR initiatives.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR tools, policies, and operational enhancements.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in digital tools, including ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Workspace.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; Portuguese or Spanish proficiency a strong advantage.
