About The Opportunity

Europe’s leading cryptocurrency exchange is looking for a Research Analyst - Digital Assets to join its 4-person specialist team within Business Development. You will play a central role in shaping which assets are listed and how value is delivered to users.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scouting & Analysis: Monitor crypto trends, upcoming token generation events (TGEs) and emerging projects.
  • Due Diligence & Business Cases: Conduct in-depth research on tokenomics, team, market potential, and risks to build business cases.
  • Team Alignment: Collaborate with Digital Assets teammates to evaluate opportunities and plan next steps in the listing pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence: Inform the Business Development team with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Commercial Engagement: Initiate contact with promising projects and explore commercial relationships.
  • Post-Listing Initiatives: Support strategies to boost liquidity, user engagement, and trading; track asset performance and share insights.

What We Look For

  • At least 3 years' experience in research analysis within financial services, ideally in crypto or trading.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokenomics, and crypto market dynamics.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with on-chain and off-chain data analysis including dashboard/report building.
  • Commercial awareness and evaluation capability based on user relevance and strategic fit.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience in asset listings, venture investing, trading, or crypto/web3 research is a plus.
