About the Opportunity
The Head of Data leads and scales the Data organization, sets the data strategy, and ensures data, analytics, and insights drive business decisions. This role covers end-to-end data functions, from data infrastructure and analytics to metrics, modeling, and business insights, partnering closely with senior leadership for significant impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Data Strategy & Execution: Define and execute data strategy including analytics, modelling, metrics, experimentation, and infrastructure.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, grow and support a team of ~25 data professionals.
- Business Impact & Metrics: Own metrics and KPI framework, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business needs to analytical solutions.
What We Look For
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in data roles (with 3+ in leadership), proven experience in scaling data teams, a deep understanding of modern data ecosystems, and the ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs. Experience in FinTech, B2C, exchanges, or financial services is highly valued. The role demands autonomy, proactive strategy development, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
