Bitstack is backed by YC and leading VCs. Join a small, ambitious team dedicated to rebuilding finance from the ground up.
The Role
As a Cybersecurity Intern at Bitstack, you will work directly on real security challenges in a regulated fintech environment. Gain hands-on experience from identity and access management to incident response, all within the context of regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, DORA, and ACPR.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identity & Access Management: Deploy and manage access controls, process requests, conduct reviews.
- Endpoint Security & MDM: Configure Mobile Device Management, enforce security policies.
- Security Tooling & DevSecOps: Integrate and monitor security tools in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Compliance & Documentation: Contribute to GRC documentation and internal audits.
- Security Awareness: Support awareness campaigns against phishing and social engineering.
- Incident Support: Participate in incident investigations and analyze suspicious activities.
What We're Looking For
This internship (4 to 6-month stage starting September 2026) is based in Paris with a flexible hybrid setup. You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field. You should be technically adept, curious, autonomous, and proficient in both French and English.
Interview Process
- Intro Call (30 min) with the Head of Cyber Security.
- Technical Discussion (45 min) focusing on your technical background.
- Behavioural Interview (45 min) with the leadership team regarding your experiences.
