Your Mission

As a Senior Associate, Operations Strategy at Bitpanda, you will support leadership by defining strategies, providing insights, and ensuring delivery. You will gain a deep understanding of the organization’s operations, processes, and metrics.

• Define strategic initiatives and track project delivery.
• Maintain oversight of company-wide initiatives, events, and dependencies.
• Document operational processes and establish KPI governance.
• Represent Operations in cross-functional meetings with executive briefs.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.

Who You Are

You are a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a penchant for data analysis using SQL and visualization tools like Tableau. Ideally, you have experience in fintech, crypto, and digital assets, with a strong background in process documentation and project management tools.
