What You'll Do
- Define and drive the evolution of the Design System, ensuring its continuous iteration, maintenance, and updates in alignment with product development.
- Build and manage design guidelines, component libraries, and design assets, promoting adoption and consistency across products.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to standardize components and design patterns, improving efficiency.
- Explore emerging design trends and technologies, leading with a global perspective and innovative mindset.
- Contribute to key projects by delivering high-quality visual and user experience design solutions, including motion design concepts.
- Produce high-quality motion design and visual outputs to enhance product experience and brand perception.
- Drive overall design quality by establishing methodologies and best practices, improving the team's design capabilities.
What You'll Need
- Strong design sensibility with high standards and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance design efficiency and quality, with hands-on experience integrating AI into the design workflow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues and drives solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for design quality, with a drive to refine and improve work.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
