What You’ll Do
- Oversee VIP customer operations and manage high net value client relationships
- Monitor and analyze major customer transaction data and asset accumulation
- Track new VIP customer onboarding and ongoing account activity
- Provide one-to-one, customized services for high-level customers
- Match products and services based on individual customer needs
- Proactively offer trading strategies and follow through on execution
- Maintain strong engagement with key VIP clients
What You’ll Need
- At least 1–2 years of experience in VIP or key account customer management
- Experience in exchange platforms or Web3 VIP operations preferred
- Ability to analyze transaction and asset data for major customers
- Proficiency in Korean and English or Chinese for business communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High responsiveness and client-focused mindset
