What You'll Do as Spot Growth Operations

As a Spot Growth Operations specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding Bitget's spot market presence and optimizing its performance.

• Develop Spot Market Growth Strategies for Panorama Exchange: Design comprehensive strategies to enhance user growth, trading volume, and asset accumulation within the spot market. You will be responsible for core indicators of spot market growth and continuously optimize its position within the Panorama Exchange ecosystem.
• Operate Trading Activities: Independently plan and execute various trading activities, including designing activity rules, reward mechanisms, and risk control strategies to meet ROI and user participation targets.
• Spot-related Financial Product Innovation and Implementation: Leverage the characteristics of traditional financial assets (e.g., stocks, bonds) to drive the improvement of core metrics (trading volume/capital accumulation) for Real World Assets (RWA) on the spot side.
• Integrated Operation of TradFi and CeFi/DeFi: Deeply understand the logic of traditional financial markets (e.g., Nasdaq, forex) and integrate their user habits and asset classes with exchange spot business operations. You will enrich spot trading categories and achieve user growth through continuous product innovation.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this Spot Growth Operations role, you should bring a strong background and specific skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of operational experience in exchanges, securities firms, futures, forex, or traditional financial institutions (banks, funds, trusts).
• Familiarity with the trading rules, market structure, and user behavior of traditional financial assets (stocks, futures, bonds, commodities).
• Product innovation and implementation capabilities: Proven experience in innovating and implementing financial products from scratch, including full participation in the launch of trading pairs, design of wealth management products, or RWA projects. Familiarity with the entire lifecycle management of financial products.
• Event Operation and Planning Capabilities: Proficient in event operation and design, with successful experience in trading competitions, user acquisition programs, airdrops, and community operations. Familiarity with various incentive models (tiered rewards, game-theoretic mechanisms, referral bonuses) and the ability to balance user experience and platform costs.
• Comprehensive Exchange Perspective: Understanding of the entire exchange ecosystem (spot trading, futures, on-chain trading, TradeFi, payments) and cross-business line collaboration capabilities. Ability to drive cross-selling through spot trading to boost futures account openings and wealth management fund retention, increasing overall user LTV.
• High Data Sensitivity: Proficient in using various tools for data extraction and analysis to support business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in spot trading operations at leading exchanges (Binance, OKX, Coinbase, etc.) or well-known brokerages/futures companies.
• Deep involvement in RWA (Real World Assets) projects, familiar with on-chain processes for real estate, bonds, and stocks.
• Successful customer acquisition/retention cases during bear markets, familiar with the operation of complex financial instruments like options and structured products.
• Knowledge of trading strategies, such as quantitative trading, arbitrage, multi-asset hedging, and market making.
