What You'll Do as a Senior Campaign Risk Strategy Analyst

As a Senior Campaign Risk Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Bitget's activity risk control system. Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of risk management for various activities, from pre-event assessment to post-event review.

• Maintenance of the Activity Risk Control System: Establish and uphold a full-chain framework, including risk stratification, scenario analysis, access control, co-governance of rules/models, strategy stratification, and customer group division. You will also standardize the management of strategy indicators.
• Pre-event Assessment: Connect with stakeholders to assess risks for diverse activities such as new customer acquisition, tasks, drops, trading competitions, NFTs, staking, and liquidity incentives. This includes estimating risk penetration and exposure, and defining appropriate access conditions.
• Activity Monitoring and Handling: Implement iterative real-time monitoring and early warning systems for abnormal conversions, device/address associations, fund flow circuits, and threshold breaches. Improve handling strategies through data analysis, strategy interception, and managing group-related issues, scalping, and coupon abuse.
• Post-event Review and Reporting: Generate systematic risk analysis reports covering cheating types, interception effectiveness (recall/precision/false kill), loss estimation, ROI net increment, and improvement suggestions. Consolidate risk profiles, rules, and scenarios for continuous iteration.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field (priority given to these majors).
• At least 5 years of experience in activity risk control, anti-fraud, growth risk control, or risk products.
• Proven ability to independently lead the implementation of at least two large-scale activity risk control plans.
• Demonstrated capability to independently establish a complete activity risk control strategy system and indicator standards, consistently producing high-quality risk analysis and review reports (mandatory).
• Proficient data and evaluation skills, including expertise in SQL and Python (pandas/numpy), dashboard building (Tableau/Metabase/Looker), and mastery of AB experiments and incremental evaluation.
• Crypto/Web3 experience preferred, with familiarity in token distribution, task platforms, trading competitions, invitation referral rewards, address profiling, Sybil countermeasures, and on-chain data utilization.

Bonus Points

• Experience in anti-fraud for CEX/wallet/task platforms/token distribution platforms or large-scale e-commerce activities.
