What You'll Do

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • GTM Strategy Development & Execution: Craft and implement strategic marketing plans for new product launches. Develop a deep understanding of product objectives, target audience, and unique selling propositions to inform marketing strategies. Create Go-To-Market proposals aligned with launch objectives to drive market penetration. Identify and leverage suitable marketing channels, including social media, PR, influencer partnerships, and events, to enhance product visibility.
  • Comprehensive Campaign Management: Design, oversee, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for new product engagement. Manage asset creation, content distribution, and community interaction across multiple platforms. Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Brand Consistency & Storytelling: Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials and initiatives. Develop compelling content strategies that highlight product narratives and value propositions.
  • Coordinate Data Collection and Performance Analysis: Organize and oversee data collection processes to ensure accurate and relevant insights. Provide regular reports with data-driven insights to optimize future product launches.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, or assurance, preferably in tech, fintech, or financial services.
  • Solid understanding of internal control and audit methodologies; experience in control testing is a must.
  • Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or virtual asset regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of designated areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
