What You'll Do as an Operations Manager, Korean Speaker

Your role will involve a diverse set of responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute various marketing campaigns, including online and offline events, community management, and content marketing, tailored to platform characteristics and user needs. You will track campaign performance, adjust strategies promptly, optimize user experience, and manage campaign budgets.
• Channel Expansion and Management: Expand Bitget's global exchange channels, including KOL partnerships and community node building. Design and execute channel operations activities to acquire new users and drive transaction conversions. Analyze channel retention and transaction data, optimize resource allocation, and improve channel efficiency.
• User Growth and Operations: Develop user growth strategies to increase user engagement and retention. Manage the user lifecycle and improve user lifetime value. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior data to understand user needs and optimize product features.
• Data Analysis and Optimization: Establish a comprehensive data analysis system to track various operational metrics and optimize based on data. Continuously explore new data analysis methods to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor information, adjusting operational strategies accordingly. Identify industry best practices and provide recommendations for the company.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in internet industry operations, with a preference for those with overseas market operation experience.
• Familiarity with social media operations, content marketing, and user growth.
• Strong ability in campaign planning, execution, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stress management skills.
• Fluent in Korean and English or Chinese.
