What you'll do

• Target market and customer identification: Identify and engage potential market makers, brokers, and other API-focused trading clients, understanding their needs to build long-term cooperative relationships.
• Business negotiation and cooperation promotion: Lead negotiations to ensure fair terms, facilitate agreement closures, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market insights and strategy formulation: Continuously analyze API trading market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform product iterations and market strategies.
• Customer support and relationship maintenance: Provide technical support and business consultation for API users, resolve issues, and foster continued business growth.
• Performance achievement and team contribution: Set and achieve personal and team business development goals, focusing on key performance indicators like new customer acquisition and API transaction volume growth.

What you'll need

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, computer science, information technology, marketing, or a related field.
• Work experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant BD/sales experience in financial institutions, internet companies, or the blockchain industry. Prior success in connecting with API clients such as market makers and brokers is highly preferred.
• Professional knowledge: Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market, basic concepts of API trading systems, high-frequency trading, and quantitative trading. Understanding of blockchain technology and basic IT knowledge to comprehend API interfaces and data transmission for effective client communication.
• Communication skills: Excellent business negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to accurately grasp customer needs and provide suitable business solutions.
• Market acumen: High sensitivity to market trends and industry dynamics, with the ability to adapt quickly and formulate effective market strategies.
• Teamwork and leadership: Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and possess team leadership skills.
• Language ability: Fluent communication in both Chinese and English is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
