What you'll do
As the Institutional Business Development Manager Asia, you will:
- Identify and contact potential market makers, brokers, and API users.
- Lead business negotiations and promote fair cooperation terms.
- Track and analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies.
- Provide technical support and business consultation to customers.
- Set and achieve personal and team performance goals.
What you'll need
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, computer science, IT, marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant BD/sales experience in financial institutions, internet companies or blockchain industries.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, API trading systems, high-frequency trading, and blockchain technology.
- Basic IT knowledge to understand API interfaces and data transmission details.
- Excellent business negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Strong market sensitivity and ability to strategize in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork spirit and leadership skills.
