Role Overview: Fiat Product Manager
The Fiat Product Manager will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience for fiat deposit and withdrawal processes. This role focuses on optimizing payment success rates, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design and optimize user experience for fiat deposit/withdrawal flows.
- Drive improvements in payment success rates, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction.
- Manage and onboard new payment channels, overseeing access, testing, and launch.
- Monitor payment channel stability, limits, success rates, and exception handling.
- Implement strategies such as failure retry and route switching to boost usability.
- Leverage data analysis to continuously refine key metrics like success rate, time consumption, and cost.
- Collaborate closely with risk control, compliance, operations, and technical teams to facilitate product iterations.
What We're Looking For
- Over 3 years of experience in payment-related product management.
- Deep understanding of the complete fiat payment chain and primary payment methods (card payment, local payment, bank transfer).
- Proven experience in payment channel access and management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product optimization through data.
- Strong execution capabilities and effectiveness in cross-team collaboration.
- Experience within exchange, wallet, or cross-border transfer platforms.
- Familiarity with On-ramp/Off-ramp business models.
- Practical experience in multi-channel routing or success rate improvement.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
