What you'll do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on offline events, meetups, and industry conferences.
• Plan and manage crypto-related events, including partnerships, sponsorships, and speaker engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand strategy and business goals.
• Identify key community and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and adoption.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on insights.
• Stay updated with crypto trends and industry events, ensuring our campaigns remain relevant and impactful.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in campaign management, event planning, or marketing.
• Passion for crypto, blockchain, and Web3; prior experience in the industry is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Experience in organizing offline events and working with community partners.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
