What you'll do

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Bitget, you will:

  • Compensation Strategy & Framework: Design a competitive global compensation framework covering fixed pay and variable incentive programs, develop internal salary bands, and conduct market research and benchmarking.
  • Performance Management: Establish effective performance management systems for global and remote teams, partner with business leaders for goal setting and performance reviews, and design incentive mechanisms linked to performance outcomes.
  • Incentive Programs & Innovation: Develop diverse incentive programs aligned with company growth and workforce needs, and optimize reward mechanisms to enhance business impact and employee engagement.
  • Project Management & Data Analytics: Lead annual compensation reviews, manage merit increases and incentive execution, build C&B metrics dashboards, and maintain HR systems for data accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll need

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher with fluent professional English.
  • 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with large-scale tech or multinational companies.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing C&B frameworks and incentive programs.
  • Strong data analysis skills for benchmarking, cost modeling, and incentive ROI evaluation.
  • Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A highly accountable, self-driven nature ready for a fast-paced, evolving environment.
