Job Summary

As the FP&A Data Analyst, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making. Partner with senior leadership to optimize financial performance and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection: Gather data from internal databases, ERPs, and third-party sources.
  • Data Cleaning & Preprocessing: Correct errors and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Data Analysis: Apply analytical techniques to interpret datasets for financial decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Automation: Automate recurring reports and build scalable frameworks.
  • Database Management: Design and maintain efficient data systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle business challenges and uncover improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 5-7 years in financial management, analysis, or similar roles with proven support to senior leadership. Accounting experience is a plus.

Technical Skills: SQL, Power BI, Excel, and database technologies.

Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, exceptional communication, analytical prowess, business acumen, and adaptability.

Compensation

Salary: Up to $125k, Bonus: 10% of base salary, PTO: 2-3 weeks.
