Position Overview

The Deal Desk Manager will support our growing sales team by overseeing RFPs, security questionnaires, and overall deal desk operations. This role ensures that proposals and deals align with company policies and industry best practices, leveraging expertise in RFP tools, Salesforce, finance, and deal desk procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide teams to determine optimal pricing and deal structures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and regional managers.
  • Ensure adherence to Sales and Deal Desk policies and guidelines.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to expedite quotes and proposals.
  • Oversee RFPs and security questionnaires, and develop review processes for non-standard deals.
  • Maintain price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce.
  • Support deal desk playbook development and continuous process improvements.
  • Participate in pricing, packaging, and new product introduction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or Marketing.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing, or Sales Operations.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ technologies, and software pricing models.
  • Experience with services and SaaS transactions; ability to work across multiple time zones.

Work Arrangement & Location

This is a full-time role that is remote but applicable anywhere in the United States.
