The Opportunity: Growth Marketing Coordinator
This role supports the day-to-day execution and optimization of Paid Social channels. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Tech, and Merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategy and roadmap for high quality conversions via Paid Social channels.
- Manage daily campaign operations including bid, budget, and creative optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative partners and submit ad creative requests.
- Implement testing initiatives in creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and more.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights.
- Research competitive landscapes and emerging industry trends.
- Partner with teams to support new initiatives and process optimizations.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2-3 years in growth marketing focusing on Paid Social channels (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google).
- Hands-on campaign management and optimization experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven insights.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Additional Details:
- Location: US - Remote (Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA with an office in New York, NY, and quarterly office visits required).
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
