Job Overview
The Healthcare Quality & Safety (HQS) Compounding team is seeking a temporary specialist for a remote 3-month contract. The role involves supporting technical queries related to USP General Chapters and compounded preparation monographs, drafting responses, updating public facing FAQs, and assisting AI tool development.
Responsibilities
- Respond to stakeholder technical queries via email.
- Draft clear, accurate responses using HQS resources and expert input.
- Identify emerging topics for stakeholder webinars and capability building.
- Update public FAQs to align with USP compounding standards.
- Support the development of AI modules for technical query responses.
- Prepare and consolidate materials for the Compounding Documentary Standards Scientist.
Who USP is Looking For
The ideal candidate is a compounding pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a PharmD, strong expertise in USP compounding standards, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
