A Typical Day as Manager, HCP Engagement Operations

• Manage the complete lifecycle of consulting agreements, from initial setup to approval, execution, and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee all agreements adhere to company policies and international regulatory standards.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all consulting agreements, ensuring audit readiness and full traceability.
• Update and manage contract templates and working process documents to support consistent and efficient execution.
• Champion process improvements aimed at enhancing transparency, efficiency, and overall operational quality in consulting engagement management.
• Oversee and report on key performance metrics, such as contract statuses and turnaround times, to ensure process adherence and drive operational excellence.
• Provide essential training and mentorship to regional and country teams, promoting best practices and compliance in all consulting engagements.

This Role May Be For You If You:

• Possess extensive experience managing consulting agreements across varied international markets, navigating diverse regulatory requirements.
• Are proficient in collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams to align contracting processes with evolving policies and regulations.
• Excel at maintaining and governing contract templates and working process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
• Have in-depth knowledge of critical regulatory frameworks such as EFPIA, ABPI, and local standards for transparency, anti-bribery, and data privacy (GDPR).
• Bring significant expertise in audit readiness, documentation quality, and process control within highly regulated environments.
• Are comfortable utilizing CRM or contracting systems and demonstrate a strong aptitude for driving process improvement initiatives.
• Thrive within complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and are adept at fostering strong collaborative relationships.
