About the Role
The Revenue Operations Manager at BioRender is a strategic and analytically minded professional who will work closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and GTM leadership. This role drives scalable growth through data-driven insights, process optimization, and thoughtful GTM design.
What You'll Be Doing
GTM Strategy & Planning: Own and evolve the territory design process from planning to execution. Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to support quota setting and capacity planning aligned to company growth targets.
Systems & Process: Lead strategic scoping and documentation of process improvements in Salesforce and other tools. Collaborate with GTM systems teams for scalable technical solutions. Identify and enhance opportunities for automating sales processes using AI.
Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks in Salesforce and Looker. Drive analysis and reporting packages to support leadership decision-making and optimize forecasting from rep to leadership level.
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related roles within high-growth SaaS environments. Strong experience with Salesforce and Looker (or similar BI tools), advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise, and a comfort with large datasets. Experience with AI for sales process automation and a deep understanding of GTM motions and B2B sales processes. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
