About the Role

At BioRender, our mission is to accelerate the world’s ability to learn, discover, and communicate science. As an AI Automation Engineer, you will work across teams to rapidly prototype, test, and scale AI-powered workflows, freeing up talent for higher order work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS, People, and Finance teams to identify processes for automation
  • Rapidly prototyping AI workflows using tools like N8N, Crew.ai, Vercel, LLM APIs, and agent frameworks
  • Embedding with teams for short sprints (2–4 weeks) to redesign and optimize workflows
  • Scaling prototypes into robust internal tools with error handling, observability, and documentation
  • Debugging and refining automations by adjusting prompts, integrations, and logic
  • Building playbooks, hosting workshops, and training team leads on effective AI use
