About The Role

As BiOptimizers’ Organic Social Media Manager, you will drive our organic social strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. You will manage day-to-day channel operations, content planning, performance tracking, and platform optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage BiOptimizers’ social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage strategic content calendars aligned with brand priorities and campaigns.
  • Develop platform-native social copy reflecting an educational, credible, and human tone.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging content.
  • Track and analyze channel performance to optimize future strategy.
  • Oversee scheduling, posting and work jointly with the Community Manager.
  • Test new formats and tools to continuously optimize organic strategy.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media for consumer or wellness brands is required. Must be adept with social media tools (Dash Hudson, Sprout, Later) and comfortable generating reports and insights from channel performance. Excellent writing, communication skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally are essential.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours. Coordination is expected during the standard collaboration window of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
