What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting that helps LUX Infusion attract and hire exceptional clinical and non-clinical healthcare talent
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand team needs and develop recruiting strategies that support both business priorities and patient care
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and meaningful outreach
- Create a candidate experience that feels responsive, respectful, and aligned with who we are as an organization
- Guide candidates and hiring teams through an organized interview process that supports clear communication and thoughtful hiring decisions
- Support hiring across a range of roles, including nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and administrative positions
- Use data and recruiting insights to strengthen hiring outcomes and identify opportunities to improve the process
- Partner closely with People & Culture, hiring leaders, and onboarding teams to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization
- Help ensure recruiting practices stay aligned with healthcare regulations, credentialing considerations, and employment standards
- Strengthen LUX Infusion’s presence in the market by building relationships with schools, professional associations, and healthcare talent communities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, People & Culture partners, and onboarding stakeholders
- Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow-through to your work
- Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates

Pay Range/Rate
$85,000 - $90,000 USD
