Role Overview
As a Senior Software Solution Engineer, you will work on multidisciplinary projects within biotech and biopharma. You will design, develop, test, maintain, and document software solutions following architectural guidelines and client needs. You will also work on developing pipelines, interfaces, and apps.
Responsibilities
- Lead bioinformatics-oriented software projects.
- Support sales and pre-sales as a field expert.
- Drive innovation from a software perspective.
- Improve existing tools or workflows.
- Engage in client communication and manage project details.
Requirements
- Customer-driven mindset and pursuit of optimal solutions.
- Proven collaborative work with clients and teams.
- Experience designing on-prem and cloud native solutions.
- Affinity for data centric solutions and related concepts.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Passion for technology in life sciences.
- Time management and basic project management skills.
- Front-end experience (React) is a plus.
- Life sciences background is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
