General Summary And Purpose
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is a core member of our corporate finance team. You will organize, analyze, and report financial and non-financial data to internal and external stakeholders while championing continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Define and maintain financial and operating metrics for varied reporting frequencies.
- Develop a 3-year forecast for financial statements.
- Perform variance and trend analysis including budget comparatives.
- Construct capital allocation and new product development financial models.
- Prepare annual budget materials and support board meeting materials.
- Engage in acquisition, cash flow modeling, due diligence and data room management.
- Assist with quarterly board meeting preparations and shareholder meetings.
- Support special projects like software implementation and process improvements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7+ years in financial planning and analysis, finance, or accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of Accounting/GAAP and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning; Preferred: Advanced degree or CPA, NetSuite, business intelligence tools, and M&A experience.
Location & Compensation
This on-site role is based in Bothell, WA. The full-time annual salary ranges from $110,838 to $177,340, with new hires typically starting near the midpoint.
