We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to become a core part of our team and help take the @aggie brand to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical “schedule posts and reply to comments” role. We need a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager who can do it all, from filming and editing Reels to spotting viral trends before they peak, from designing on-brand graphics to building a content strategy that drives real growth. You will be the engine behind our social media presence, working closely with Aggie to translate her vision into scroll-stopping content that resonates with hundreds of thousands of women. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the wellness and biohacking space, and is excited to combine creativity with data-driven strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Production
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content, including Instagram Reels and TikToks, that align with the @aggie brand aesthetic and voice. This includes planning and executing content shoots, working with Aggie on-camera to capture authentic moments, and transforming raw footage into polished, engaging posts. You will also design eye-catching graphics, carousels, and story templates that maintain visual consistency across all platforms, adhering to the brand’s signature palette of creams, golds, and beiges.
Trend Research and Ideation
Staying ahead of the curve is essential. You will continuously monitor trending audio, formats, challenges, and topics across Instagram and TikTok, identifying opportunities to create timely, relevant content. You should have a sharp eye for what is gaining traction in the wellness, biohacking, motherhood, and women’s health communities and be able to quickly adapt trends to fit Aggie’s authentic voice and brand positioning.
Strategy and Growth
You will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy designed to grow the @aggie audience, increase engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty. This includes managing a detailed content calendar, planning campaigns around product launches and key moments, and continuously optimizing content based on performance data. You will set monthly and quarterly growth targets and report on progress with actionable insights.
Community Engagement
Building and nurturing a loyal community is at the heart of this role. You will manage all incoming comments, direct messages, and interactions across platforms, responding in a timely, warm, and on-brand manner. You will also identify opportunities for meaningful engagement with followers, collaborators, and aligned brands to expand the community organically.
Analytics and Reporting
You will track and analyze key performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and content performance using platform analytics and third-party tools. Regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations will be expected to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
