About The Role
This 6-month student co-op role runs from January to June 2026, with resume reviews beginning in October 2025. The position supports Global Business Services (GBS) and Human Resources (HR) teams by documenting end-to-end process maps and coordinating projects. You will track Jira status updates and report progress to the Innovation Lead on the HRDI team, gaining a wide range of learning opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Process Mapping: Collaborate with GBS and HR teams to map business processes using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator for various project tasks, maintaining documentation and tracking deliverables.
- Jira Status Tracking: Monitor Jira boards to update task statuses and escalate issues as needed.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Engage with multiple teams, identify process improvements, and contribute insights for digital innovation.
Who You Are
- Familiar with Jira or similar project management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with excellent communication skills.
Learning Opportunities
Gain hands-on experience in process mapping, project coordination, and Jira project management, with exposure to HRDI digital innovation initiatives.
Eligibility & Education
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the U.S., be at least 18 years old, and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Relevant fields include Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.
Compensation & Benefits
The base hourly wage ranges from $23.00 to $27.00, adjusted according to academic level. Additional benefits include company paid holidays, commuter benefits, Employee Resource Groups participation, and 80 hours of sick time per year.
