Senior Stock Administrator

Overview

Bio-Rad Laboratories is looking for an experienced Senior Stock Administrator to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting Operations, you will manage the end-to-end administration of Bio-Rad’s global equity compensation programs, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and disclosure of employee stock transactions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

You will administer various equity programs including Stock Options, RSUs, and ESPP within the Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform. Responsibilities include processing of grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, and quarterly ESPP purchases. You will also provide comprehensive customer service, resolve employee issues, create training documentation, and partner with Legal for annual proxy filings and equity data review.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs and employee stock transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and employee training.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance for proxy filings and reporting.
• Perform reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in global equity administration, international experience preferred. Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and experience with public companies, E-Trade stock platforms, and advanced Excel skills are required. You must be detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
