Role Overview: Procurement Specialist I

As a Procurement Specialist I at Bio-Rad Laboratories, you will issue purchase orders, create purchase requisitions, engage in sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, manage supplier performance, review contracts, select and qualify suppliers, update supplier master data, and manage invoicing.

How You'll Make An Impact

You will:

• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders and requisitions in compliance with company policies.
• Train requisitioners and assist suppliers in invoice management.
• Source indirect services and goods, evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery.
• Resolve supplier issues and assist with supplier audits and business reviews.
• Create supplier master data change requests and manage invoicing problems.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related discipline along with a minimum of three years procurement experience. Preferred SAP experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) are required. Strong communication skills are essential.

Compensation

The estimated base salary range is between $75,500 and $103,900. Compensation is determined based on location, experience, and skills. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
