Overview

The Chemical Process Operator II - 2nd Shift champions site safety by following proper policies on chemical storage, handling, and disposal. This role involves manufacturing innovative scientific technologies, mixing and processing chemicals, operating large-scale reactors, and ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh, measure, prepare, mix, monitor, and adjust chemicals.
  • Operate medium and large-scale reactors and equipment.
  • Conduct in-line product testing and basic troubleshooting.
  • Follow GMP, ISO, and OSHA regulations and documentation practices.
  • Communicate production, quality, and equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Assist in training and process validation when needed.

What You Bring

A high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), 4-6 years chemical/biological production experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to operate in a regulated environment. Basic analytical, math, and communication skills are essential.
