About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and AI-ready Training Intern to support our Compliance training and employee development initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, training operations, and learning analytics within the fast-growing cryptocurrency and digital assets industry. As part of the team, you will contribute to building training programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance learning outcomes. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, well-organized, eager to deepen their knowledge of training within a compliance-focused cryptocurrency environment, and ready to leverage AI and modern technology to drive innovation in learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business and regulatory priorities. Support global stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Learning Content Development (AI-Enhanced): Design and develop engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, guides, tutorials, job aids). Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, content automation, voice/video tools) to enhance content creation, personalization, and scalability. Support the development of interactive and scenario-based learning experiences.
• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Coordinate and support virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and labs. Enhance learner engagement through modern delivery techniques and digital tools.
• Training Compliance & Monitoring: Track employee completion of mandatory training programs using LMS tools. Follow up with employees and stakeholders to ensure timely completion and compliance adherence.
• Training Effectiveness & Data Analytics: Measure training effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and assessment results. Generate insights to improve learning outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learner Support & Experience: Provide personalized support to employees facing challenges in completing training. Recommend alternative learning approaches or resources to improve completion rates and engagement.
• AI & Innovation in Learning: Explore and implement AI-driven learning solutions within the team (e.g., adaptive learning, automated content generation, AI chatbots). Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and learner experience through technology.
• Ad-hoc Support: Assist the QA & Training Manager with ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Fluency in English (written and verbal), proficiency in a second language is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries in flexible hours.
• Proficient in using various digital tools for content creation (PowerPoint, Active Presenter, video editing software).
• Demonstrates learning agility, critical thinking, and an innovative mindset.
• Results-driven attitude with confidence and a penchant for finding creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in compliance, law, or regulation in crypto/fintech.
• Previous experience in compliance operations, training, or learning & development teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, Claw, automation tools, ChatGPT).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms.
