Responsibilities

  • Research product user experiences and digital functionalities.
  • Collect user feedback on payment products and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Assist new users during the onboarding process.
  • Support product managers with materials like FAQs and training documents.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with EU payment products such as SEPA, Card payment, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles.
  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple business units.
  • Commitment of 5 days per week for a duration of 6 months.
