Picture a digital primary school where micro-classrooms of 8-12 students from around the world learn together with exceptional teachers. We go beyond academics, incorporating social-emotional learning and cultural and environmental awareness through biome-themed units.
What are we building?

- Transform institutional knowledge into documented processes and use data to continuously refine teaching strategies
- Demonstrate proficiency with all bina tech tools and collaborate smoothly across teams

- The drive to grow and learn through ongoing training and support
- Readiness to mentor colleagues and lead school-level initiatives
- A mindset aligned with the values, ethics, and morals of bina
