As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a central role, acting as the link between customers and our internal departments. Through your structured support, you will make an important contribution to customer satisfaction and thus to the long-term success of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders across all communication channels.
  • Independent operational processing of orders, including all necessary documentation.
  • Supporting our customers with questions as the primary point of contact in daily business.
  • Proactive communication with the sales team regarding customer concerns such as backlogs or payment irregularities.
  • Timely processing and updating of order backlogs.
  • Tracking complaints and initiating clarification processes in close coordination with the responsible departments.

Qualifications

  • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience – career changers with strong organizational skills and an interest in commercial processes are also welcome.
  • Regular communication in English in daily business is no problem for you; French language skills are a plus but not a must.
  • You have a good understanding of commercial processes and enjoy learning new topics.
  • You are communicative, a team player, and keep a clear head even under high workloads.
  • A strong customer and service orientation distinguishes you.
  • You enjoy taking responsibility, and service-oriented action is a matter of course for you.
