About the role
Commercial Partnership Manager
We are building Barcelona's most local cashback app, and we need someone who can walk into a bar, talk to the owner, and leave with a signed deal.
The Mission
Billetera El Duro connects Barcelona residents with their favorite local businesses through personalized cashback. When a regular customer starts accumulating rewards every time they pay, they return more often. This is what we offer businesses: real loyalty, with no acquisition cost for them.
Your job is to go neighborhood by neighborhood — Eixample, Gràcia, Sarrià, Poblenou — and convince the best bars, restaurants, and shops to join the network.
What You'll Do
- Identify and visit local businesses with partnership potential.
- Present the value proposition to owners and managers.
- Close deals and support the initial onboarding of businesses.
- Report pipeline and weekly progress to the GTM team.
- Be the team's eyes on the street — provide feedback on what works and what doesn't.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales or field sales (hospitality or retail experience is a plus).
- Real knowledge of Barcelona's local scene — you know where the action is.
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2), essential for daily interaction with businesses; Catalan and English are valued.
- Hunter profile: you are proactive, propose solutions, and close deals.
- People skills and good presentation — this job is won face-to-face.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + commission per activated business — the best closers will see it in their pockets from the first month.
- Real autonomy: you organize your schedule and routes.
- Small team, quick decisions — your impact is visible from day one.
- Project launching in Barcelona — you're joining at the perfect time.
