Overview

Billennium is seeking an experienced IT System Owner GenAI Product to lead the lifecycle of a cutting-edge AI solution. In this role, you will take full accountability for a Generative AI product, driving innovation, operational excellence, and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

System & Delivery Ownership: Own the entire system lifecycle including architecture, scalability, operations, and performance. Lead as IT Owner / Agile Team Leader within an Agile Release Train, collaborating with Scrum Masters and development teams. Define release strategies, oversee SDLC, and ensure secure production deployments.

Stakeholder & Communication Management: Act as the single point of contact for all system-related topics. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cloud vendors, preferably on Azure. Drive transparent communication regarding system updates, changes, and escalation handling.

Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure GxP/CSV compliance where relevant. Monitor system status, assess risks, and maintain an audit-ready operational state.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership in managing AI/ML or GenAI-driven products.
  • Experience in cloud-based environments (Azure preferred) and SaaS integrations.
  • Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices, SDLC, and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with AI data pipelines, vector search, and prompting techniques.
  • Ability to lead teams, drive delivery, and optimize AI workflows.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks and security best practices in regulated environments.
