Role Summary

The Supervisor, Risk Training and Quality will oversee QA operations and lead learning & development efforts. You will manage the QA team, drive performance metrics, run calibrations, and partner cross-functionally to support Collections and other Risk Ops functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct QA Team Supervision: Manage daily performance, provide coaching and feedback, and monitor QA metrics.
  • Full QA Oversight: Run calibrations, reporting cycles, and remediation plans.
  • Training & Onboarding: Assess training needs, develop programs, and deliver multi-format onboarding sessions.
  • Knowledge Management: Curate and update a centralized knowledge base to improve decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Ops teams to align programs with evolving requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in L&D and/or QA within operational risk functions.
  • Experience leading QA teams with a data-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of risk frameworks (e.g., FDCPA, TCPA, KYC/KYB) is preferred.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with focus on clarity and structure.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range in Draper, UT: $76,900 – $91,900 USD, plus bonus and equity eligibility. Comprehensive benefits include 100% paid health, dental, vision, HSA & FSA accounts, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee stock purchase, and more.
