Your Impact as a Senior Lead Product Designer

Lead the product vision based on deep customer understanding and drive the end-to-end experience. Engage directly with customers, validate hypotheses, iterate designs, and advocate for the best possible customer experience. Walk through design prototypes and rationale with executives, stakeholders, and customers while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• Set product strategy and create end-to-end experiences.
• Engage with customers to validate design hypotheses.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs and other teams.
• Mentor junior designers and elevate design craft.
• Leverage AI to improve and augment your design process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in customer-centric web product design, especially in Fintech or AI products.
• Experience shipping digital products and articulating customer impact with data.
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and communication.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end customer research and prototype design.
