Make Your Impact as an Executive Assistant within a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership by efficiently managing complex administrative tasks and ensuring smooth departmental operations. Your contributions will directly enable executives to focus on strategic initiatives, driving the company's growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex Calendar and Travel Management: Manage high-volume meeting requests and resolve conflicts with minimal oversight. Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including visas, flights, and detailed "trip books" for domestic and international travel.
- Meeting Logistics & Documentation: Secure conference rooms, coordinate AV requirements, and manage catering for departmental meetings. Distribute meeting agendas and handle the physical/digital filing of risk-related documentation.
- Departmental Coordination: Maintain accurate organizational charts and email distribution lists. Oversee seating assignments and office supplies for the Risk floor. Act as the primary liaison for facilities and IT troubleshooting for the SVP.
- Event Execution: Manage the 'boots on the ground' logistics for team-building events, holiday parties, and departmental offsites, including venue sourcing, contract signatures, and onsite point-of-contact duties.

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated salary range for this San Jose-based role is $93,700—$112,500 USD. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings accounts, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
