Role Overview

This role involves scaling the Spend & Expense (S&E) BILL Divvy Cards products and integrated issuance platform. You will own and execute the roadmap, enhance platform capabilities, and drive economic efficiencies across the issuing P&L.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the S&E issuance platform roadmap.
  • Enhance BILL Cards issuance capabilities and manage key initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, product marketing, sales, and more.
  • Be a thought leader with deep understanding of the card payments ecosystem.
  • Identify customer pain points and improve platform experience.
  • Present insights and strategies to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management in fintech or payments.
  • Knowledge of the card payments ecosystem including economic structures and classifications.
  • Experience with issuing processors or card networks is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to convert ambiguous inputs into actionable plans.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary (Draper, UT range: $120,700 - $144,800 USD), bonus & equity plan eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more.
