Role Overview - Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Business Operations Manager who will manage day-to-day hardware production and handle parts of our monthly finance & tax filings. You will lead projects ranging from hardware product improvements to optimizing production and logistics costs, working directly with Benjamin and key stakeholders including hardware manufacturers, suppliers, and tax consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan order volumes and coordinate shipments from manufacturer to warehouses.
  • Lead projects improving hardware production reliability and reducing costs.
  • Support monthly accounting and manage global tax filings.
  • Work on revenue optimization initiatives for product purchases.
  • Optimize international logistics setups for efficient service worldwide.
  • Own special projects like insurance setup, conference preparation, or compliance tasks.

  • Experience in operations and project management in a small team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
  • Full fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup from Europe.
