The Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, Platform to own and evolve BigPanda’s core SaaS data platform and framework services. This role sits at the foundation of our product strategy and will define how data, AI, and partners interact across the BigPanda ecosystem.
You Will Lead Three Critical Initiatives
- Ownership of the underlying SaaS data platform and shared framework services
- Definition and execution of a cross-platform, AI-native data analytics strategy
- Creation of a partner portal and partner experience strategy designed to unlock growth into new markets
This is a high-impact role with broad influence across engineering, data, AI, partnerships, and go-to-market teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own the BigPanda platform services, including ingestion pipelines, core services, shared frameworks, and foundational capabilities used across all products
- Define and drive a cross-platform data analytics strategy, enabling AI-native insights across ingestion, normalization, correlation, enrichment, and outcomes
- Lead the product vision for a partner portal, enabling partners to onboard, configure, access data, and deliver value faster
- Define partner-facing capabilities that support new routes to market, including managed services, regional partners, and vertical-specific solutions
- Work closely with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the partner experience supports growth, scalability, and repeatability
- Define clear platform and partner experience roadmaps, success metrics, and phased delivery plans
- Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to track adoption, measure business impact, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a thought leader for platform, analytics, and partner-led growth within the product organization
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of data platforms, SaaS infrastructure, or shared framework products
- Proven experience defining and delivering analytics platforms, data pipelines, or AI/ML-enabled capabilities
- Experience building partner-facing products, portals, or workflows that support onboarding, enablement, or go-to-market execution
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-native architectures, and large-scale data processing
- Ability to collaborate deeply with Partnerships and GTM teams to translate growth strategies into product capabilities
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, from vision and roadmap to detailed requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in both Hebrew and English.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Operations, DevOps, or enterprise software is a strong plus
