Who we seek

A motivated and self-driven Technical Support Engineer to support our enterprise customers. You will work closely with our Sr. Support Engineers and client stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customer success.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to triage and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Evaluate implementation results, deploy solution components and workarounds.
  • Engage with internal and client teams to ensure successful resolution.
  • Share technical knowledge within the support organization.
  • Document product issues, enhancement requests, and process improvements.
  • Participate in on-call rotation during weekends or holidays occasionally.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years in IT in a customer-facing, technical role.
  • A degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Linux OS, shell scripting, package management, and remote access protocols.
  • Basic experience with RDBMS systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Professional experience in Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex software issues.
