Job Overview: Outbound Sales Development Representative

This role is a launchpad into enterprise cybersecurity sales. It is ideal for SDR/BDR, AE, or technical consultants transitioning into an enterprise-focused, high-growth sales segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive targeted outbound pipeline via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns.
  • Partner with AEs for account planning and strategic prospecting.
  • Utilize tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • Engage senior buyers (Director, VP, C-level) across security and data teams.
  • Represent BigID at industry events and convert in-person engagement into pipeline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, buyer pain points, and BigID's value proposition.
  • Book high-quality meetings driving pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
